Sometimes it's more fun training with other people and also a little lighter on the hip pocket which is why I offer small group training so movement can be accessible to more women.


Group sessions are very casual, there will certainly be movement and sweat but there is always room for a laugh too!! 


I am currently offering  Functional H.I.I.T Classes, running weekly on Wednesdays at 9:30am. These sessions are kid friendly so feel free to bring your little people along. 

Group Sessions are kept to a group size of only 6 PER CLASS so BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL, click on the RESERVE YOUR SPOT button below to secure your place.

Classes are $15 and can be pre purchased online or paid on the day via eftpos or cash.
