Are you wanting to get in some extra exercise over the summer break to help support you over indulgence this time of the year? Then book in to a few functional HIIT small group classes with She Runs Fitness. Functional HIIT is a high intensity full body workout helping you to burn fat and build muscles you didn't even know you had. Classes are women only and run for approx 45 minutes to an hour. If you are stuck with finding someone to watch the kids feel free to bring them along, just let me know first.
