A personalised e-book containing:
- A monthly planner, outlining what to do on what days based on what your individual goals are. This could consist for example of run, workout and stretch/rest days. Or you may partake in other activities such as yoga or walking/hiking that I will put into your personalised planner.
- 8 x 30 minute personally customised workouts (2 per week) - based on your level of fitness and what equipment you have available to you at home.
- A success tracker that you are to complete and text to me each week to stay accountable.
