Every once in a while we need to take some time out of our busy schedules and family commitments. Time out to focus on ourselves to reset, rejuvenate and unwind. She Runs Girls Weekend Escape has been designed to provide the perfect avenue for participants to realise these goals. The focus is on your needs - be it relaxation, physical activity or focusing on health and wellbeing - the weekend is all about what you need. 

 

The Weekend runs over 4 days in which you will indulge in high quality plant based produce, organic teas and coffee, sugar free treats and wine from local Island suppliers. You will enjoy 3 nights of falling asleep to the sound of the ocean in your luxury beachfront villa, waking in your own time - ready to re-boot your system with daily activities including interval training, barre pilates, surfing, running, beach walks, wellness workshops and meditation with time to indulge in massage and beauty treatments of your choosing.  

 

It may sound busy and loaded but this really is a time to do as much or as little as you like - take part in all the activities or just a few - work out every day or have a day off and enjoy a day on the beach, it's your weekend away and is entirely up to you as to what you feel your system requires. 

 

To be clear if you are looking for a health retreat where you only drink juice and are required be out of bed before sunrise this retreat is not for you! This is a girls weekend away - a rejuvenation and motivational escape with health and wellbeing at your fingertips.
