"I started training with Abigail mid September 2014 and I found her just browsing online as I was recovering from two slipped discs and found
going back to my usual activities of dancing and horse riding was a very slow and frustrating process.
I decided I needed someone to help me with gaining back my strength, endurance and stamina. However I hated gyms and wasn't wanting to spend a fortune for one on one training. Enter Abi, she is a wonderful trainer and I've come to really enjoy our sessions.
I find myself missing a session if we have to skip a week. She challenges me every week and seems to
know what my body is capable of better than I do. After only a few sessions my family and friends and colleagues noticed a difference,
my body was more toned and my energy increased. My ballet teacher commented on how strong I was and I'm no longer
holding back in class or when I'm horse riding. My sessions are tailored perfectly for my body and the issues I have.
No two sessions are ever the same and Abi is brilliant at getting another set out of me even when I don't think it's physically possible.
I highly recommend She Runs, Abi is wonderful and friendly and she will make you sweat.
